Judicial Graphology |
Judicial graphology is concerned with the analysis of handwritings and signatures in order to establish whether they belong to a given person or not. The graphologist attempts to identify the writer of the document.
The expert in judicial graphology seeks to identify forgeries on Wills, checks, contracts, alterations or additions on documents of legal significance etc. He examines whether the handwriting has been written with one or more pens, whether it has been written consecutively or in more than one occasion.
Parameters which make handwriting unique for every writer, are the combination of movement, pressure, speed as well as many other factors which require experience and thorough knowledge of graphology. |
